Hearts
A family dice game, also known as Hearts Due. Played with six dice.
Hearts
Play: Two or more players, six dice and a notepad are required. One player begins and play continues clockwise.
On a players turn, roll all six dice. Starting with 1s, score 5 points for each die that belongs to a sequence.
- A single 1 is worth 5 points
- 1,2 is worth 10 points
- 1,2,3 is worth 15 points
- 1,2,3,4 is worth 20 points
- 1,2,3,4,5 is worth 25 points
- 1,2,3,4,5,6 is worth 30 points
If a roll contains more than one sequence, score all of them. For example, a roll of 1-1-2-3-3-4 has two sequences, 1,2,3,4 and 1 for a total of 25 points.
If a player is to roll three or more 1s on a roll, they lose all their points and go back to a score of zero.
Record each players score after each round. Once a player reaches 100 or more, finish the round so every players gets the same amount of turns. The player with the most points is the winner.
